Abstract

The value of exports originating from West Sumatra in April 2024 amounted to US $ 167.99 million, a decrease of 1.25 percent compared to exports in March 2024.

The most exported categories of goods in March 2024 were animal/vegetable fats & oils (HS 15) at US$138.19 million, followed by chemical products (HS 38) at US$5.31 million, and salt, sulfur, lime (HS 25) at US$5.21 million.
West Sumatra's import value in March West Sumatra's import value in April 2024 amounted to US$38.92 million, a decrease of 6.12 percent compared to March 2024 imports.
Categories of imported goods in March 2024 The largest category of imported goods in April 2024 was mineral fuel (HS 27) amounting to US$23.48 million.
