Abstract

In July 2023, Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Padang City was 2.15 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 116.22 and Bukittinggi City was 2.47 percent with a CPI of 116.18. In aggregate, Year on Year inflation for the combined 2 cities was 2.20 percent with a CPI of 116.22.

In July 2023, Month to Month (m-to-m) inflation occurred in Padang City by 0.49 percent and in Bukittinggi City inflation by 0.36 percent. In aggregate, the combined 2 cities recorded inflation m-to-m) of 0.48 percent.
Until July 2023, on a Year to Date (y-to-d) basis, Padang City's inflation rate was 1.33 percent and Bukittinggi City's inflation rate was 1.15 percent. In aggregate, the combined y-to-d inflation of the two cities was recorded at 1.31 percent.
