Abstract

West Sumatra's NTP in September 2024 amounted to 125.47 or increased by 1.10 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The increase in NTP was due to an increase in the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) rose by 0.17 percent, while the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) decreased by 0.92 percent.

The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Enterprises (NTUP) of West Sumatra in September 2024 amounted to 126.28 or increased by 0.25 percent compared to NTUP in the previous month.
In September 2024 the average price of GKP quality grain at the farm level increased by 2.38 percent from Rp7,509.98 per kg (August 2024) to Rp7,688.45 per kg (September 2024).
In September 2024, the average price of GKP quality grain at the milling level increased by 2.10 percent from IDR 7,704.20 per kg (August 2024) to IDR 7,865.84 per kg (September 2024).
