Abstract

West Sumatra's NTP for June 2023 was 107.55, up 0.43 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The increase in NTP was due to the price index received by farmers (It) of 0.77 percent, which was greater than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib), which was 0.34 percent.

The West Sumatra Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in June 2023 was 105.73 or an increase of 0.78 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
In June 2023 the average price of GKP quality grain at the farm level decreased by 0.28 percent from IDR 6,273.41 per kg (May 2023) to IDR 6,255.94 per kg (June 2023), and the average the price of GKP quality grain at the mill level decreased by 0.23 percent from IDR 6,415.18 per kg (May 2023) to IDR 6,400.70 per kg (June 2023).
