Abstract

The value of exports originating from West Sumatra in November 2023 amounted to US $ 233.05 million, an increase of 20.42 percent compared to exports in October 2023.

The most exported categories of goods in November 2023 were animal/vegetable fats & oils (HS 15) at US$196.03 million, followed by various chemical products (HS 38) at US$7.99 million, and rubber and rubber goods (HS 40) at US$6.18 million.
The import value of West Sumatra in November 2023 amounted to US$38.01 million, a decrease of 11.83 percent compared to imports in October 2023.
The largest category of imported goods in November 2023 was mineral fuel (HS 27) amounting to US$25.58 million.
