Abstract

In July 2024 there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation in West Sumatra Province of 2.44 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.76. The highest inflation occurred in West Pasaman Regency at 3.32 percent with a CPI of 107.19 and the lowest occurred in Padang City at 2.11 percent with a CPI of 106.50.

On a month to month (m-to-m) basis, West Sumatra Province in July 2024 experienced deflation of 1.07 percent.
As of July 2024, year to date (y-to-d) inflation in West Sumatra Province was 0.76 percent.
