Abstract

West Sumatra's NTP in March 2023 was 109.87, down 1.44 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The decrease in NTP was due to a decrease in the price index received by farmers (It) of 1.49 percent, which was greater than the decrease in the price index paid by farmers (Ib), which decreased by 0.05 percent.

The West Sumatra Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in March 2023 was 107.76, down 1.52 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
In March 2023 the average price of GKP quality grain at the farm level decreased by 4.10 percent from IDR 6,547.91 per kg (February 2023) to IDR 6,279.48 per kg (March 2023).
