The training of prospective officers for Tourism Services Statistics in 2025 of BPS Lima Puluh Kota Regency was held offline at the BPS Hall in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. Field officer training is a stage in the business process of organizing statistical activities. Officer training aims to prepare reliable officers in conducting data collection according to established procedures and concepts and definitions so that accurate survey data can be obtained. This training was conducted on May 21, 2025 and was opened directly by the Head of BPS Lima Puluh Kota Regency Mr. Yudi Yos Elvin. The number of training participants was 10 officers, 6 PCLs and 4 PMLs. The regional instructor is Farid Helmansyah.

Accommodation services are closely related to tourism and hospitality services. The hospitality industry is one of the backbones that support the development of the tourism sector. Tourists who visit and stay at a tourist destination will need comfortable accommodation as a temporary residence while traveling. As an effort to provide accurate data for planning in the field of accommodation and tourism services, a survey of hotels and other accommodation services was conducted. The Hotel and Other Accommodation Services Survey is conducted annually. The target sample is spread across all districts / cities.The tourism sector has a major influence on the economy of a country, especially in developing the tourism sector.
