FGD Service Standards of BPS Lima Puluh Kota Regency in 2025

On Wednesday, May 07, 2025, BPS Lima Puluh Kota Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Integrated Statistical Service Standards (PST) in 2025. Legal basis for public services: Law No.25 of 2009, Public Services, PP No.96 of 2012, Implementation of Law No.25 of 2009, PermenpanRB No.15 of 2014, Guidelines for Service Standards. BPS' commitment to improving public services is outlined in BPS Head Regulation No. 36 of 2020. Mr. Yudi Yos Elvin said in his speech that BPS is committed to providing statistics to the government and the community through public services, as well as improving the quality of statistical implementation through statistical guidance activities. In addition, he said that BPS Lima Puluh Kota Regency seeks to accommodate aspirations and input from the community regarding the services we have provided. Mr. Yudi Yos Elvin explained that there are several services that have been provided to the community, namely library services, statistical consultations and recommendations for statistical activities.

In this Service Standard FGD event, BPS Lima Puluh Kota Regency invited elements of the community such as: Public Service Stakeholders (Dinas Kominfo and Bapelitbang), NGOs, Experts / Experts, Mass Media, Service User Community. This service standard aims to provide quality, efficient, and integrated services to the community, both in terms of providing statistical data and support in statistical activities. BPS is also committed to continuously improving its service standards.
