Abstract

The availability of employment data can provide information and an overview of employment conditions that are indispensable for the government in formulating current and future employment policies, strategies and programs. In addition, it can also be known how large the number of the labor force and its absorption capacity of available jobs. Another important thing is for planning in preparing education and training as well as placement in accordance with the needs of the labor market. The data presented in this publication are the processed results of the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) conducted by BPS-Statistic Lima Puluh Kota Regency 2023.
