Abstract

In October 2023 foreign tourist arrivals to West Sumatra through the Minangkabau International Airport entrance were 4,925 visits, a decrease of 9.68 percent compared to the previous month.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in West Sumatra in October 2023 was 49.09 percent, an increase of 1.64 points compared to the previous month's TPK.
Non-star hotel TPK in West Sumatra in October 2023 was 15.63 percent, down 0.64 points compared to the previous month's TPK.
The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in October 2023 was recorded at 1.34 days, up 0.10 days compared to the previous month.
