Abstract

    The value of exports originating from West Sumatra in June 2023 amounted to US $ 248.81 million, an increase of 58.43 percent compared to exports in May 2023.
  • The most exported categories of goods in June 2023 were animal/vegetable fats & oils (HS 15) amounting to US$210.71 million, followed by rubber and rubber goods (HS 40) amounting to US$7.16 million, and Samak & Dyed Sari (HS 32) amounting to US$6.98 million.
  • West Sumatra's import value in June 2023 amounted to US$34.66 million, an increase of 23.26 percent compared to May 2023 imports.
  • The largest category of imported goods in June 2023 was mineral fuel (HS 27) amounting to US$25.25 million.
