Abstract

The West Sumatra NTP in March 2020 was 101.74, down 0.87 percent compared to 102.63 the previous month (February 2020).
The price index received by farmers (It) decreased by 1.04 percent and the price index paid by farmers (Ib) decreased by 0.17 percent. In March 2020, the NTP of each sub-sector was 102.50 for the food crops sub-sector (NTPP), 98.34 for the horticulture sub-sector (NTPH), 102.64 for the smallholder estate crops sub-sector (NTPR), 100.32 for the livestock subsector (the livestock subsector (NTPR) NTPT), and 95.37 for the fisheries subsector (NTPN).
